Having served as an Adjunct Firearms and Use of Force Instructor and as a Missouri POST Specialist Instructor at the Law Enforcement Training Institute, University of Missouri Extension, Jones has been instrumental in shaping the skills and proficiency of countless officers. His tenure at LETI has seen him honing the abilities of law enforcement professionals, equipping them with the knowledge, expertise and integrity necessary to navigate the complexities of modern policing.

Jones's journey in preparedness and defense began with his service in the United States Marine Corps, where he served with distinction as an Infantry Rifleman in demanding environments such as Haditha, Iraq, and Asadabad, Afghanistan. His roles as a Basic Rifleman, Infantry Team Leader, and Infantry Squad Leader underscore his leadership capabilities and his ability to excel under pressure.

Prior to his tenure at LETI, Jones garnered valuable experience in the private sector, including roles as a Security Officer at a major hospital, and as a DHS Contract Security Officer. His diverse background has afforded him a comprehensive understanding of security protocols and practices, further enhancing his effectiveness as an instructor.
